Launch of New Logo for the Donegal Education Support Centre
The Donegal Education Support Centre is proud to announce the official launch of its new logo, unveiled at a special event held at the Centre today and formally launched by Paul Hannigan.
The refreshed logo represents the Centre’s continued commitment to supporting education, collaboration, innovation, and lifelong learning across County Donegal and the wider region. The new identity reflects the evolving role of the Centre as a modern, inclusive, and forward-looking hub for educators, schools, and communities.
Speaking at the launch, Paul Hannigan welcomed the new visual identity, acknowledging the important contribution of the Donegal Education Support Centre in supporting educational excellence and professional development throughout the region.
The launch marks an exciting new chapter for the Centre as it continues to strengthen partnerships and deliver high-quality support services for the education community.
There are three key elements to the primary image in the new logo:
- Mountain - presents the Education Support Centre as a reliable and dependable source of support.
- Waves - represents Donegal's wild and rugged coastline. Symbolising movement and the evolving and dynamic nature of Irish education.
- Lighthouse - represents guidance by shining a light on professional learning - drawing inspiration from across the county including St John's Point, Tory Island, Arranmore Island, Fanad and Stroove.
